Release Notes:

The “Retrieves Running Applications” permission is now required as of 1.1.1. It was added in order for us to know if the Seals app is currently the active application so that we can mute the new system notifications while you are using the app. It could get very annoying to receive system notifications about things you already see in front of you. The permission is read only in nature and esentially limited to getting the currently or recently running tasks: a thumbnail representation of the tasks, what activities are running in it, which app is most foreground, etc. We have no ability to read application data, change or otherwise interfere with the other apps.
